Educator-Lead (The Growing Tree Day Care)

Teaching position at Wilson Medical Center’s onsite childcare facility. Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans, supervising and caring for children, communicating effectively and professionally with parents while providing a safe, nurturing environment. Supporting and working effectively with other teachers and staff to maintain an engaging daily relationship with both children and families. Experience working in a licensed childcare center preferred.

• Must obtain a CRC Letter Qualifying to work in childcare within 60 days of hire.
• ITS SIDS (if working directly with children 12 months and younger, within 2 months of hire for all other staff).
