Job Summary
Starting Pay: $800/week (paid bi-weekly)
Merchandise Stockers perform in store services inside a high-volume nation account store. As a merchandise stocker, you are responsible for managing inventory (ordering and stocking), generating weekly credits and providing exceptional customer service within a defined territory. Covering service calls when regular merchandise stockers are away on vacation and providing full service to multiple stores, usually focusing on one store per day.
Full Service Includes
CLEANING: Recovering the condition of the aisle since last service including straightening up messy bins or displays and resolving bin contamination.
STOCKING: Packing out all freight in overhead and incoming freight from the previous weeks order.
CULLING: Removing damaged/unsellable material and issuing credit back to partner store electronically.
MERCHANDISING: Maintain signage and pricing to best practice standards. Move backers to affect perception.
ORDERING: Submitting weekly electronic requests to replenish inventory in stores according to published guidelines.
CUSTOMER/STORE PARTNER INTERACTION: Build strong, professional and dependable relationships with store management, associates, and customers.
PROJECTS AND TASKS: Merchandising projects and tasks will be assigned by area manager. Complete tasks, projects and resets of Woodgrain products in stores.

Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of current auto insurance and your own vehicle to travel to/between stores in your assigned route. You will not be transporting any of our products in you personal vehicle.
- This position is very labor intensive, so you will need to be able to lift between 50-80 lbs. and push/pull a cart with wheels and wood products up to 175 lbs., and handle 14-16 ft. long pieces of wood.
- This role requires you to be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, drug screen, and a physical fitness test to ensure you are able to perform the tasks mentioned above.
