Job Description:
We are seeking vigilant and reliable Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, tenants, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent observation skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
Monitor premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
Access control—ensure only authorized individuals enter the property
Patrol assigned areas (interior and exterior)
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and incidents promptly
Write clear and concise incident reports
Provide assistance and customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
Collaborate with property management and law enforcement when needed

Requirements:
Valid NYS Security Guard License (required)
8-Hour and 16-Hour Security Training Certificates (required)
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and observation skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
Prior security experience is a plus

Schedule:
Flexible shifts available (day, evening, overnight)
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
