About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for visual storytelling and brand consistency. The Marketing Designer will be responsible for designing layouts for marketing collateral—such as flyers, brochures, and digital assets—and managing social media content, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand identity,


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visually engaging marketing materials including presentations,flyers, event signage, and email graphics.
  • Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, in alignment with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all messaging and design elements are on-brand and support business objectives.
  • Assist in the development of creative concepts for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor engagement and performance of social media content, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Maintain and organize a library of digital assets including templates, logos, and past marketing materials.
  • Support internal communications and company-wide initiatives with branded materials and digital content.
  • Assist with other marketing duties as assigned, including coordination of events or vendor communications.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, design, or communications.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, including content scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content strategy.
  • Exposure to video editing or animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Canva Pro)
  • Interest in marketing analytics and social performance tracking
