Pharmacy Clerk 1 Asante (Pharmacy Outpatient)

Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.000001 | On Call | Variable Hours/Variable Days | Department is open Monday-Friday 0700-1800 (7am-6pm) and Saturday 0930-1500 (930am-3pm)

Position Summary

The Pharmacy Clerk is responsible for waiting on customers, checking in freight and supporting the pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and the Pharmacy Manager.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position and while no previous experience is required, the following is preferred:

• Previous pharmacy experience
• Previous clerk experience

• Basic math skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Professional attitude along with the ability to deal with hostile or upset individuals
