Clinical Laboratory Assistant is responsible for supporting laboratory operations through the accurate collection, processing, and documentation of patient specimens. This role requires proficiency in phlebotomy techniques, including venipuncture and capillary collections, as well as strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff. The individual will ensure specimen integrity, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and uphold safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include data entry into the Laboratory Information System (LIS), equipment maintenance, and preparation of samples for analysis, all performed with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of lab related experience to include 3 months of practicum gained in a clinical, hospital or lab setting.
- WA state MA-Phlebotomist License
