What You’ll Do

As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead financial operations and be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, risk management, governance and compliance. You will oversee accounting functions and support strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, inventory control, and operational efficiency.

  • Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Develop financial plans, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with company and parent company goals
  • Analyze the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Advise the executive and senior management teams on all aspects of the financial strategy and performance
  • Provide financial expertise to the CEO and the Board
  • Financial Operations
  • Manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, both internally and to our parent company
  • Manage the end of year federal and state tax workpapers
  • Oversee cash inflows and outflows, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations
  • Lead financial interface with our parent company, Interpump Group.
  • Cost & Inventory Control
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and variances
  • Optimize inventory control systems and procedures
  • Support pricing decisions with cost and margin analysis
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements
  • Ensure internal and external audit compliance
  • Oversee non-financial reporting and requests from parent company (Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Taxonomy)
  • Manage relationships with external accountants, banks, and insurance providers
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement


Your Experiences & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • CMA or CPA certification required
  • 10 years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, cost accounting and financial systems
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools
  • Proficient in use of analytic tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
  • Experience leading audit teams and compliance
  • Ability to lead and influence at the executive level
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to quickly prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
