Production Associate

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking team members who are interested in entering the food manufacturing industry. For these general production positions, we are looking for qualified candidates who can work with a team and who can complete tasks while supervised.

Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To

• The ability to stand for the work day
• Repetitive hand and wrist motions
• Comfortable working with iPads and Business Apps on production projects
• Must work at a consistent and acceptable work pace
• Must be able to work in a noisy environment (we provide ear plugs)
• Must be able to work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance

Pay is weekly, starting at $18.00 to $19.00 per hr with increases available after successfully completing 90 day training and meeting job expectations.

HOURS: 4 to 5 workdays (8 to 12 hour shifts) plus mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires. Must be available to work Saturdays.

NOTE: This is a refrigerated work space, with temperatures generally around 35 degrees. We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions
