Job Description:
AppleOne seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cypress. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and customers. This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to become a permanent team member upon successful completion of the probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate product and service information to customers
Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (must be listed on resume)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent
