Description of the role: Nursing Supervisor

You will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality assessments to senior clients in their homes, while providing Supervision to their Caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor the patient's condition and progress
• Supervise CHHAs in the client's home
• Home Visits
• 30-Day Phone Calls
• Complete the required documentation on the Agency application software
• Attend Monthly Nursing Meetings
• Orientation Training and Annual Clinical Training for CHHAs as needed
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in home health care is preferred
  
  
  

Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $65.00 to $140.00 per hour and flexible hours to fit your schedule.
