Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care and support to patients with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused and have a strong understanding of basic medical and hygiene care in a clinical or long-term care setting.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care and support to patients with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused and have a strong understanding of basic medical and hygiene care in a clinical or long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Respond to patient calls and assess needs for assistance
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent bedsores
- Support patients with walking, standing, or prescribed exercises
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Ensure dietary needs are met by reviewing restrictions, allergies, and preferences
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to assist with physical care and mobility needs
- Active CNA license in the state of Maryland
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Updated professional resume
- Covid-19 vaccination record (if required by facility)
- Two professional references (preferably from nursing supervisors or facility leads)
