Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Two or more years professional experience in data analytics
- Knowledge of HIPAA and commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of social services
- Proficiency with SQL and Business Intelligence tools; specific experience with Qlik preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Knowledge of statistical techniques
- Familiarity with database design and querying

Key Expectations/Responsibilities:
- Design and build reports and dashboards to support program operations and decision-making.
- Support and improve existing deployment of reports using a variety of tools and methods.
- Collaborate with Data Architect to understand and document each step of the extraction, transformation, and loading of data into data warehouse tables.
- Collaborate with third-party software developers to advance data reporting projects including CBC Navigator.
- Meet with end user customers to understand their business needs and create data solutions
- Collaborate across departments and teams to define and operationalize metrics and key performance indicators.
- Train and support users in accessing, interpreting and improving reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot problems or issues with reports.
- Use statistics and analytics tools to answer questions about data, reveal insights, and improve client outcomes.
- Champion efforts to improve data integrity, quality and normalization.
- Other duties as assigned.
