Our Assistant Administrators supports the facility Administrator in the operations of the day program.

Job Description

  • Stands in for facility Administrator during absence.
  • Provides on-the-job training and supervision to all support staff
  • Assist in the annual development and implementation of facility budget.
  • Assist in the interviewing and hiring of new employees.
  • Develop Individual Service Plans with the assistance of the Inter-Disciplinary Team.
  • Provide Instructors with on-going in-service trainings.
  • Organize and chair meetings with client’s and their representatives semi-annually or as needed.
  • Possess crisis management skills.
  • Possess problem solving capabilities.
  • Conduct themselves in a personable and professional manner.
  • Performs related tasks as necessary
