About Our Marketing Role

Our ideal candidate has a genuine interest in content creation. You will work to produce products that are user-friendly, effective, and compelling.

If you're committed to keeping up to date with technological and software developments, and you have a passion for creating engaging and visually appealing content, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on web site maintenance requirements including product updates and new product content
• Create, retouch, and edit images for social media and other digital communications; design materials for print collateral
• Assist with product, event, and training photos and videos utilizing company cameras and tablets
• Partner with Sales team members to coordinate Welker's presence at trade shows, industry schools, and events to generate leads and nurture business relationships

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Web design, Magento, and After Effects experience preferred
• Sample website and/or portfolio of completed media projects required
• Associate’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field; or equivalent of two years graphic design/advertisement experience

This is a full-time, in-office position, working Monday - Friday. Hours are flexible throughout the week based on the candidate's schedule. The starting salary is determined by experience, potential, and education.
