Application (Linux & AWS) Support Engineer
IAM ( ForgeRock / Ping ) experience / knowledge
AWS Support cloud experience and Ensure system reliability and availability
Must have Application support experience
Good to have Monitoring tools ( Datadog ) experience
Must work on Incident resolution ( Maintain SLAs , SLOs )
Jenkins , Run deck , JIRA knowledge
Process
experience on Change management and implementations
Building solutions to support operations and development teams
TRC (technical recovery call) , PIR support
Support 4 days on and 4 days off shift
Salary Range- $85,000-$130,000 a year
