About Our Production Painter/Fiberglass Laminator

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Assembly team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating high quality products with minimal supervision. Accuracy and precision are essential to success in this role. If you have a talent for utilizing industrial tools safely and efficiently, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Welker's ERP system to understand and execute work order instructions
  • Use an industrial pressure spray gun; apply epoxy and sandblast as needed
  • Construct fiberglass cases
  • Operate a forklift to move heavy parts to designated areas - certification will be provided

Qualifications

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role - working on your feet for up to 90% of the day in an area that is not climate controlled
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • High School diploma or equivalent; supplemented with technical courses in a related field preferred
  • Experience with painting, fiberglass, and sandblasting is a plus

This is a full-time, in person position working daytime hours Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays and overtime are available as needed. The starting salary is determined by experience, education, and potential.
