Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Communications Associate to join our team at ONICON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound emails and phone calls to our company, as well as responding to certain types of inquiries.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Communications Associate to join our team at ONICON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound emails and phone calls to our company, as well as responding to certain types of inquiries.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Manage email inboxes for Customer Service, Service, and Sales Teams - distributing emails to appropriate personnel based on customer location and category.
- Answer inbound phone calls to the company and transfer appropriately (as the backup to the primary Receptionist).
- Respond to certain types of inquiries from customers (order tracking, etc.).
- All other related duties as required.
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Experience handling inbound calls for an organization using a multi-line phone system
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma
- AA or AS Degree (will consider relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- 1-2 years’ experience
