Compensation Associate

The Compensation Associate provides analysis, job description, and benchmarking support on requests of minimal complexity. This role assists with survey submission processes and project administration.

• Provides compensation operations support including analysis, job description management, and benchmarking
• Assists with job code tables and compensation system administration
• Assists with survey submission processes. May be independently responsible for submissions of low to moderate complexity
• Provides administration support for compensation projects
• Performs other duties as needed
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required; compensation analysis experience a plus
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
