The Compensation Associate provides analysis, job description, and benchmarking support on requests of minimal complexity. This role assists with survey submission processes and project administration.

- Provides compensation operations support including analysis, job description management, and benchmarking
- Assists with job code tables and compensation system administration
- Assists with survey submission processes. May be independently responsible for submissions of low to moderate complexity
- Provides administration support for compensation projects
- Performs other duties as needed
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year of Human Resources experience required; compensation analysis experience a plus
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
