rnResponsibiliti

• esManages the routine maintenance needs of the facility and its patients/resident
• s Repairs appliances, light fixtures, doors, beds, etc. responding to patient and staff requests using maintenance reports and log syst
• emAssists with move in/outs – preparing rooms for patient/resident u
• seEnsure less than 24-hour repair/response time for all daily maintenance reques
• tsCares about the appearance and safety or the facility – repairs both external and internal issues to ensure a clean, neat, safe experience for everyo
• nePatches, paints and repairs are a major part of the position as well as carpet/floor ca
• reTends to lawns, shrubs, etc. ensuring they are weeded and trimm
• edAssists the Maintenance Director or Administrator with fire and life safety training/dril
• lsCommunicates kindly with residents, families, staff, vendors and general publ
