Description
The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of inverter production, with a strong emphasis on PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processes and electronics manufacturing. This role is responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, optimizing workflows, leading a team of technicians and assemblers to meet production goals and increasing capacity.

The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of inverter production, with a strong emphasis on PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processes and electronics manufacturing. This role is responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, optimizing workflows, leading a team of technicians and assemblers to meet production goals and increasing capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations for inverter assembly, testing, and final integration.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, throughput, and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably with inverter systems or power electronics.
- Strong knowledge of PCBA processes, including component placement, soldering, inspection, and testing.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools, especially NetSuite.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and functional testing of power electronics.
- Knowledge of ESD-safe practices and cleanroom protocols.
