We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Pickup Associate to join our warehouse team. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by ensuring orders are accurate, well-prepared, and safely loaded


In This Role


  • Pick and stage orders for customer pickup
  • Load and unload container and or trucks
  • Load product safely into customers' vehicles
  • Stage and organize customers invoices
  • Scan inventory into correct storage locations
  • Transfer finished materials to designated areas within the warehouse
  • Identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
  • Meet productivity requirements as needed
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center operations
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
