What You'll Do... As the HR & Risk Administrative Assistant you'll support both Human Resources and Safety by helping coordinate employee training, recognition programs, and HR communications. You'll respond to employee questions, track compliance, and assist with audits. On the safety side, you'll review fleet data to ensure policy compliance, follow up on incidents, and help prepare reports on driver performance. You'll also handle day-to-day administrative tasks like scheduling, data entry, and organizing reports-making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

  • A high school diploma or GED (required); Associate's or higher degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience; HR or safety support is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
