About The Role
As our Marketing/Admissions Liaison, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families—helping guide them through the admissions process while representing our facility within the community. You will:
- Respond to inquiries (in-person or by phone) and work to convert them into admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Represent Cypress Garden in the broader community through presentations and outreach
- Conduct pre-admission visits to hospitals or homes
- Monitor public perception and help position the facility positively in the community
- Maintain communication with physicians, social workers, discharge planners, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process, including paperwork and transportation
- Help residents and families adjust to our facility and understand policies, services, and costs
- Provide ongoing follow-up to ensure resident and family satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar admissions or marketing role (healthcare/nursing home experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain lasting professional relationships
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
