Job Summary
The System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (M365), MS Intune, Windows Server, and Active Directory (AD) environments. This role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting basic issues, performing initial server builds, and managing virtual environments with SAN storage. Additionally, the System Administrator will deploy and configure Azure, M365, and Windows Server services, implement and manage cloud and Entra ID/AD security policies, and automate cloud and on-premises infrastructure tasks.

Job Summary

Additionally, the System Administrator will deploy and configure Azure, M365, and Windows Server services, implement and manage cloud and Entra ID/AD security policies, and automate cloud and on-premises infrastructure tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Azure, M365, Windows Server, Entra ID and AD environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Perform initial server builds, operating system installations, secure configuration, and patching.
- Manage virtual environments with SAN Storage.
- Administer and optimize VMware hosts and Microsoft servers.
- Manage and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related applications.
- Support services such as AD, Entra AD, SSO, LDAP, SAML, DNS, DHCP, and SMTP.
- Implement and maintain email security platforms to protect against spam, phishing, and other email-based threats.
- Plan, test, and install server patching, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Implement and manage cloud and AD security policies.
- Assist in overseeing the security and integrity of root Cas.
- Manage and maintain Intune services.
- Work closely with the IT Security team to support and optimize infrastructure security.
- Automate cloud and on-premises infrastructure tasks.
- Maintain backups for Windows and Azure cloud environments, ensuring data is securely backed up and can be restored in case of data loss or system failure.
- Support our cloud VOIP system by managing configuration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable communication services.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of work experience, education, and training.
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Azure, M365, Windows Server, and AD.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in supporting Root Certificate Authorities (CAs).
- Understanding of network fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate (MS-102), and Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
