We’re seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join as our first design hire. This is a unique
opportunity to take ownership of the design and UX across browser and mobile platforms. This
role requires a hands-on approach, in-depth understanding of our product and customers, and a
passion for delivering seamless user experiences. Working closely with stakeholders in
California and engineers in London, you’ll need to be flexible to ensure smooth collaboration
across time zones.

Responsibilities
- Own the design and UX for the Coram app across the web and mobile.
- Map out the user journey for various features and improve the user experience
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Improve usability and work with engineers to implement designs.
- Test the app regularly to ensure quality and alignment with designs.
- Collaborate with teams in California and London for smooth execution.
- 4+ years of product design experience.
- Strong design sense with a track record of owning and shipping products.
- Experience building design systems.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing mobile and web designs.
- Effective communicator with attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
