Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts for a fast-paced BPO specializing in outbound sales, customer acquisition, and customer retention. This role is responsible for driving high-volume hiring initiatives, optimizing recruiting processes, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified sales talent to meet growth and retention goals. The ideal candidate has experience in BPO or call center environments, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about finding and attracting top performers.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute full cycle recruiting strategies for outbound sales roles, inbound customer service roles, including agents, and support staff across multiple locations or programs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and success criteria aligned with team KPIs and sales goals.
  • Lead a team of recruiters and candidate sourcing agents, setting performance expectations and tracking against hiring SLAs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate).
  • Optimize recruitment channels (Indeed, job boards, job fairs, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to attract high-quality, high-volume candidates.
  • Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) utilization, ensuring accurate candidate tracking, compliance, and reporting.
  • Leverage data and reporting to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and adjust recruiting tactics in real time.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes including screening, assessments, background checks, and onboarding alignment.
  • Maintain strong focus on retention by aligning recruiting strategies with candidate fit and organizational culture.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a BPO or high-volume call center environment.
  • Proven success in high-velocity, quota-driven recruiting environments.
  • Deep understanding of outbound & inbound sales talent profiles and performance drivers.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruiting metrics, and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven culture.

Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
