Conception to Reality Inc is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Westminster, Colorado (80031).

About the role:
The primary responsibility of this position is the overall planning and management of multiple and/or large on-site construction projects, with primary accountability for successful project execution, including managing schedule, scope, and budget. This role will work with project team members to ensure accurate and detailed engineering along with technical expertise and direction.
What you'll do:
- Manage multiple ongoing projects through to completion, including:
- Develop and send requests for quotation packages to vendors and contractors
- Compare vendor quotations and assist the customer in awarding contracts
- Request purchase orders and provide necessary backup (quotes, performance criteria, on-site dates, etc)
- Manage project budgets and provide updates to client
- Create and manage internal cost-tracking forecast
- Develop and manage project schedule
- Develop and manage change order log. Request change orders as necessary
- Conduct weekly internal and external project meetings
- Create a project start-up plan
- Assist the plant with the development of Early Management documentation
- Provide support to Field Operations as needed
- Provide support to complete field punch list
- Ensure all client documentation is updated and sent to the client
- Build and maintain high-level customer relationships.
Education and experience
- B.S. in Engineering, Project Management, or other relevant field
- 3 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-speed packaging production environment, as a project manager or project engineer
- Technical knowledge and practical project management experience are required
- Manufacturing experience, especially in the food and beverage industry, is strongly preferred
- PMP certification is not required but is a plus
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project; AutoCAD Viewer
- Up to 20% travel expected to client sites, depending on project needs
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to operate successfully with minimal supervision
- Outstanding written skills
- Outstanding technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing project planning, process systems, equipment, and operations
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work well within all levels of the client company
- Ability to resolve problems, make decisions and be creative to keep activities moving forward toward a positive result
- Ability to create and update Gantt chart-style schedules
- Ability to read, interpret and mark up manufacturing line drawings
- Ability to create a project plan, using logical thinking
- Ability to successfully prioritize and execute against an organized plan
