Job Summary
As an Amazon Advertising Manager, you will lead and execute advertising strategies primarily within the Amazon ecosystem (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to achieve client goals. This role operates as a critical part of our broader Account Management team, collaborating closely with Brand Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional performance. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and thrive in a scrappy startup environment. Bonus points if you have experience managing non-Amazon advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Criteo, etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies to achieve client goals, including revenue growth, optimal ACOS/ROAS, and new-to-brand metrics.
- Act as the primary advertising expert within client relationships, regularly presenting strategies, performance reports, insights, and proactive recommendations.
- Collaborate extensively with Senior Amazon Brand Managers and Account Management team to ensure advertising efforts align with broader account strategies and client objectives.
- Manage and optimize client campaigns using Amazon platforms (Seller Central, Vendor Central, DSP) and third-party tools like Xnurta, Pacvue, Perpetua, or equivalent.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover opportunities for optimization, scaling successful strategies, and proactively addressing performance challenges.
- Stay informed on Amazon advertising trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Ensure high client retention rates by consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and providing outstanding client service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Products/Brands/Display), preferably within an agency.
- Proven success in managing and optimizing high-performing Amazon advertising campaigns with clear, measurable results.
- Strong familiarity with Amazon platforms (Seller Central, Vendor Central, DSP) and proven proficiency in Amazon advertising tools (Xnurta, Pacvue, Perpetua, etc.).
- Experience managing non-Amazon advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Criteo is a significant bonus.
- Highly analytical with strong skills in data interpretation, Excel, and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategic insights and performance results.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment.
