The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department to ensure quality care, clinical outcomes, and care coordination.
- Must hold an unrestricted RN/LPN license in Missouri and have current CPR certification.
- Preferably possess at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting such as a hospital or nursing home.
- Requires knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations related to long-term care.
- Must be a compassionate leader capable of motivating, educating, and mentoring licensed and certified staff, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
