Position: System Float Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical/Advanced Care
- Facility: Premier System Wide - Northern or Southern Region

- Shift: Full Time 7a-7:30p / 72 Hours Per Pay
- The Clinical Nurse (RN) partners with patients, families, and teams to provide holistic care, promoting safety and positive outcomes.
- Functions in a versatile role demonstrating professionalism, autonomy, and adherence to nursing standards, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Serves as a guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, and leader within diverse patient care settings.
- Collaborates with Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics, and regulatory standards.
- The float RN covers acuity-specific units enterprise-wide to address staffing needs.
- Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Licensure: Valid Ohio RN license; current CPR at hire.
- Experience: 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in advanced care; recent acuity-specific acute care experience required.
