Seeking a licensed RN or LPN to oversee resident services in assisted living and memory care communities across multiple locations.
- Supervise, develop, and schedule staff per company policies and standards.
- Maintain medication systems compliant with regulations and perform resident assessments to develop care plans.
- Manage departmental budget, ensure compliance with safety codes, and conduct quality reviews.
- Act as a liaison for resident care, support staff training, and assist with activities of daily living.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in promotion, community engagement, and optional driving duties.
