Behavior Technician - Daytime Hours

• Work 4.5 days per week with ER call only, Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am-12 pm, with no charting at home.
• Base salary guaranteed at $400k (BC), with malpractice tail coverage.
• See 30-35 patients daily with a 1:1 ratio of GYN to NP, ensuring work-life balance without taking work home.
