Job Summary

  • Overseeing operations of the billing, coding, utilization management and enrollment and eligibility departments.
  • Responsible for directing and coordinating all processes and procedures of the revenue cycle
  • Addresses tight deadlines and constantly changing rules and regulations
  • Works closely with the CEO, COO and clinical management team to assess areas of concern and make changes as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years working in healthcare revenue cycle management
  • Minimum of 5 years leading revenue cycle management teams or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, Revenue Codes and CPT codes, claims processing, billing and insurance regulations, medical terminology, insurance benefits and appeal processes.
