Job Summary
- Overseeing operations of the billing, coding, utilization management and enrollment and eligibility departments.
- Responsible for directing and coordinating all processes and procedures of the revenue cycle
- Addresses tight deadlines and constantly changing rules and regulations
- Works closely with the CEO, COO and clinical management team to assess areas of concern and make changes as needed.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years working in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Minimum of 5 years leading revenue cycle management teams or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ICD-10, Revenue Codes and CPT codes, claims processing, billing and insurance regulations, medical terminology, insurance benefits and appeal processes.
