Senior Data Scientist

Soni Resources is seeking a Data Scientist to design and deploy machine learning models, develop cloud-based data pipelines (Azure, AWS), and deliver actionable insights from complex data. You'll partner with stakeholders to solve high-value business problems and lead projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy ML models and statistical solutions
• Design scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Athena
• Conduct analysis on structured/unstructured data for business insights
• Create impactful visualizations and reports (Power BI, Tableau)
• Apply predictive modeling, segmentation, and data mining techniques
• Lead end-to-end data science projects
• Mentor team members and support generative AI initiatives (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini)
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL; strong stats and ML background
• Experience with cloud data environments (Azure, AWS)
• Skilled communicator with ability to simplify complex concepts
• Experience with generative AI and/or the automotive industry is a plus
  
  
  

Work Environment:

• Hybrid (2 remote days/week after 90-day onboarding)
• No travel required
