Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Design and lead interactive workshops to empower students in cultivating genuine social media followings.
- Mentor students on developing comprehensive content strategies, leveraging AI tools for maximum impact.
- Assist students in transforming their unique skills into influential personal brands.
- Instill a deep understanding of meaningful analytics beyond superficial metrics.
- Facilitate connections between students and key influencers and industry professionals.
- Deliver actionable insights that resonate in the current digital ecosystem.
- Relying on obsolete social media tactics.
- Focusing on superficial metrics and ineffective growth strategies.
- Managing the institution's social media platforms.
- Engaging in excessive administrative duties.

Basic Requirements
- Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and community engagement for individuals, businesses, or clients.
- Experience in nurturing and expanding online communities.
- In-depth knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and AI platforms.
- Exceptional coaching abilities to motivate and inspire Gen Z.
- Demonstrated success in building your own online presence.
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
- Commitment to working on-site in Austin, TX, with relocation support available.
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
