The menu is conceptualized by a Michelin trained chef who takes fine dining standards and applies them to a casual setting, ensuring high quality and standards. What You’ll Do
- Execute dishes with accuracy, urgency, and care
- Maintain a clean and efficient station from start to finish
- Elevate those around you
- Own your prep list and stay ahead of the curve
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards every time
- Communicate clearly and help set the tone for the Team
- Two or more years of professional kitchen experience
- Proven ability to expedite and take the lead on the line
- Strong understanding of prep, scratch cooking, and time management
- Composure and clarity under pressure
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet
- Chef-led kitchen with standards that matter
- A positive, professional culture where growth is encouraged
- No late nights for AM cooks and consistent schedules for PM cooks
