Responsibilities:
- Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure consistent and reliable coverage for clients
- Monitor open shifts and respond quickly to call-offs, cancellations, or changes in availability
- Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers, clients, and families to manage expectations and ensure continuity of care
- Update and maintain records in our scheduling software
- Collaborate with management and care teams to support client care plans and staffing needs
- Provide backup support to the office team when needed
- Participate in training to stay current with best practices and company procedures
- Prior scheduling experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
