Experience Required - 10+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (master’s preferred).
5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years in cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and controls.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile experience.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
CISSP, CISM, or other cybersecurity certifications.
Experience with Identity & Access Management initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects (e.g., risk assessments, compliance audits, incident response planning, vulnerability management programs, etc.)
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, legal, and business units.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and performance to senior leadership.
Ensure cybersecurity projects align with enterprise security architecture and business goals.
Assist with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and third-party risk assessments.
Support compliance with regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
Facilitate security awareness and training programs as needed.

Base salary range: $100000 to $120000 per year
