Job Description

Day to Day:

  Dealing with customer issues regarding leave of absence, eligibility questions, status of leave and helping clients to manage leave as needed.

  Sending out automated requests and validating information from clients.

Around 6 hours of call time mostly incoming and managing emails.

Pay range: 24-26/ hour

Skills And Requirements

Leave of absence experience

Customer service experience (via call and email)

Must have good personality/ strong ability to multitask Bachelors in HR or equivalent

Prior experience in Industry

FMLA experience null
