We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Marketing Liaison to represent and promote our skilled nursing facilities in Champaign, IL and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong community connections and healthcare marketing experience to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the facility to referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate seamless transitions for new residents by working closely with discharge planners and families.
- Recruit and credential new physicians as needed for facility support.
- Promote the facility’s philosophy, mission, and services to prospective residents and families.
- Participate in community outreach and networking events to build brand presence and visibility.
- Proven success in marketing skilled nursing or long-term care facilities.
- Previous experience in healthcare admissions and/or marketing strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and tactful approach.
- Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
