Sintel Americas is seeking Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Southfield, Michigan, supporting our continued growth in the U.S. This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality technical support to our clients in the automotive supply chain sector. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and internal platforms
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI systems and data flows
- Manage support tickets and document incident resolutions
- Execute standard procedures and ensure high service quality
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain system reliability
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Technical Support, Network Operations Center (NOC) or related roles
- Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
