Sintel Americas is seeking Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Southfield, Michigan, supporting our continued growth in the U.S. This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality technical support to our clients in the automotive supply chain sector. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in building experience in a global technology environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and internal platforms
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI systems and data flows
  • Manage support tickets and document incident resolutions
  • Execute standard procedures and ensure high service quality
  • Collaborate with global teams to maintain system reliability

 

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Technical Support, Network Operations Center (NOC) or related roles
  • Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills


Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
