The Finance Assistant will provide support to the Sales Department in various accounting and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our customer's vehicle purchasing experience.

What you'll do:

  • Track inventory status throughout the production and sales process using the internal Dealership Management Software (DMS) and/or by physically walking production.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the sales office.
  • Reconcile sales bank statements and assist with the month-end close procedures.
  • Assist customers with financing applications and supporting paperwork.
  • Prepare and timely process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales, finance and other departments as needed.


What you’ll need:

  • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounting/finance or related field and knowledge of accounting principles & practices.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, perform calculations and read & interpret financial statements/documents.
  • Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
