Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth processes and high compliance in terms of guest relations, housekeeping and reservation standards
  • Oversee smooth check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries and complaints
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas
  • Cultivate high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Responsible for the deployment of personnel, making sure there is sufficient and competent personnel to guarantee the satisfaction of the guests
  • Act as a liaison between housekeeping, front desk, and engineering to ensure smooth repairs
  • Strong cooperation with the sales department and the maintenance team, along with all supporting departments
  • Organization of department trainings
  • Be the MOD on property when working evenings

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in front office or housekeeping management
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • High standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
