HRIS Manager (Workday Experience Required)

Location: Roseville, MN (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)

Compensation: $125,000–$135,000 base + STI bonus + full benefits

The Opportunity

  • Be akey architect of a scalable, enterprise-wide Workday environment during a major HR transformation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
  • Help lead and mentor a small but capable HRIS team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & support configuration, optimization, and governance of the Workday platform across all modules for a September go-live implementation date.
  • Build and execute a long-term roadmap aligned to organizational goals.
  • Ensure system integrity, secure data governance, and streamlined integration with Finance and other platforms.
  • Mentor and develop a two-person HRIS team while driving Workday enhancements and process automation
  • Oversee reporting strategy, drive automation, and promote user adoption.
  • Collaborate on compliance updates, system enhancements, and change management initiatives.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in HRIS, with 3+ years of direct, hands-on Workday administration experience (required).
  • Experience managing or mentoring HRIS team members.
  • Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in HR operations, data governance, compliance, and security protocols.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.


Preferred Experience

  • Workday Pro Certification
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
  • Experience in HR tech transformations, M&A, and advanced analytics/reporting
