Our mission is to make amazing image quality easy. At Topaz our Product Designers are masters of their domain leading our teams from concepts through testing and delivery. You’ll report to our Director of Product Design, and you'll work closely with a world-class team of engineers and researchers to directly craft better experiences for our customers.

We’re looking for a Product Designer who enjoys working in a collaborative environment with other designers. We are building a high functioning team that can deliver world class, high-fidelity work. Our designers work hands-on with our engineers to understand challenges, invent creative solutions and ship production code. We’re looking for a motivated designer who can add value at all levels to our applications.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience as a product or UX designer, working with a software engineering team
  • You have previously shipped a successful and well-designed desktop software, SaaS, mobile app, or game
  • You have an excellent visual design skills, a firm grasp of UX design principles, and a repeatable approach to delivery
  • You have a craftsmanship mentality and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems
  • You understand how to uncover design insights from customer data
  • Basic HTML, Javascript and CSS skills (and drive to dig in and learn)
  • Preferred: Photography or videography experience + skill

This is a unique role for someone interested in making a deep impact at a high-growth tech software company. We offer strong base salary, plus significant ownership that scales with the company's growth. We also offer 100% covered medical/dental/vision for employees, 15 days annual PTO, 5 personal days, plus holidays, and 401k matching. This is a full-time onsite role in Dallas, TX, and we will ask you to relocate if you're not in the area.
