This position will support the risk management program and work to implement processes, tools, and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor, and report risks.
Position Location:
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.
What you do:
- Identifies key risk factors; develops and implements corresponding mitigation methodologies.
- Develops metrics and processes to identify and evaluate risk. Analyzes risk components and prepares reports and recommendations for use by senior management.
- Works with business areas to establish and document controls in place to mitigate risk.
- Coordinates with the enterprise on business continuity, cyber security, third party vendor management efforts for the business area.
- Identifies opportunities to mitigate the risk of the product platform.
- Conducts research on industry topics, business trends, issues, and regulations, and provides recommendations as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 1-3 years related experience in business continuity, risk management, or some combination of the two required.
