URM Stores, the 10th largest employer in Spokane County is currently looking for an organized and enthusiastic Show/Catalog Coordinator to join our on-site team based in Spokane, WA. The Position facilitates the production, operation, and financial tracking of URM’s sales events. This includes gathering and compiling the information into usable forms for Owner Members to plan marketing and place orders with URM. Daily duties would include working with the vendor community, procurement, and category management to get all item submissions and deals submitted and setup by set deadlines to maximize sales opportunities. The Key to success in this roll is communication and organizational standards to maintain deadlines and key timelines from multiple sources.

Your Day-to-Day
- Create sales catalogs and bulletins.
- Work with vendors and brokers on timely accurate item submission.
- Facilitate regular meetings to keep all stakeholders up to date regarding all sales events.
- Setup and coordinate live and virtual food shows.
- Work with warehouse and procurement on release dates for all sales events.
- Create and manage calendar workflow around expected timelines for all sales events.
- Work directly with buyers and category managers on sales event related issues and questions.
- Create monthly new item bulletin.
- Facilitate printing projects for ordering events.
- Organize communications and coordinate with Mail Room on execution.
- Central contact for all sales event submissions (show/catalog/bulletins).
- Work with Perenso order platform and IT on set up and building of Online Events.
- Additional miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Must be able to respond to a variety of customer requests while operating within established guidelines.
- Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a varied customer base.
- Detail oriented and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Good organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Need to be a strong self-starter and work great within a team atmosphere.
- Strong computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office.
- Grocery industry experience.
- Retail industry experience.
- Administrative experience.
- Adobe - Graphical design work preferred.
- Perenso - Show Software.
- BOX - Cloud Storage.
- AS-400 expeirence.

- An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. Salary range is $23 - $23.50 an hour DOE, plus so much more!
