- Doctorate degree and one-year experience; or Master' degree and two years experience; or Bachelor's degree and three years related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word processing software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Exceptional Student Education (ESE) policies and practices.
- Experience in compliance or regulatory affairs within an educational setting is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
