About The Role

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, always ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strategically build and nurture talent pipelines: Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to the business: Partner with hiring managers to understand evolving needs, provide critical market insights, and facilitate data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Champion our employer brand: Passionately articulate our vision, culture, and opportunities to attract and convert top talent, both online and offline.
  • Implement and refine recruitment best practices: Develop interviewer training programs, maintain accurate candidate databases (ATS), and continuously optimize our hiring processes through data analysis and feedback.
  • Contribute to overall talent strategy: Go beyond filling roles to actively help shape how we attract, assess, and retain talent as we rapidly scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive sourcing experience for a startup, tech, or SaaS organization, including expertise in global hiring.
  • Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, build relationships, and manage expectations across all levels and time zones.
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership in end-to-end recruitment best practices, coupled with strong coordination, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Data-driven approach: Experience leveraging recruitment metrics to identify trends and optimize hiring processes.
  • Deep understanding and passion for the startup ecosystem, comfortable navigating ambiguity, independently driving initiatives, and building processes from the ground up.
  • Exceptional resilience, grit, and a proactive mentality for consistently identifying and engaging top-tier talent.
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is a plus, particularly where hiring demands fluctuate rapidly.

Compensation Range: BOE

The Pay Range For This Role Is

65,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Hybrid (Cheyenne, Wyoming, US))
