Position Overview
The Sales Administrator is the connecting piece between the customer and the Salesperson by providing support with various business needs.

Position Overview
The Sales Administrator is the connecting piece between the customer and the Salesperson by providing support with various business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Creative Team through Asana Project Management Software to maintain current sales material & new items as they are launched e.g. one-sheets, presentation slide decks, product images &videos.
- Update price sheets & spec sheets when changes are needed and approved.
- Keep Product PowerPoints updated and current.
- Set up new items & maintain existing images for Distribution Centers with Syndigo,
- IXONE, Range Me, 1WorldSync, or other product management portals.
- Complete promotional forms and new vendor set-up forms when requested.
- Provide support to outside sales team as needed eg sending samples.
- Utilize task management software (currently Asana) to organize tasks, document & sample requests.
- Other administrative tasks and projects as necessary.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- CRM and ERP experience beneficial
- Project Management software experience beneficial
- Self-Motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
- Strong desire to get things done and demonstrate accountability with small and large initiatives
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced & ever-changing environment
